Naming can be a lot of fun. When the ambitious Swiss company Modular Lernen approached us for rebranding, we knew this project would be something special. Their mission? To ignite curiosity in high school students through dynamic, subject-specific learning materials and immersive digital experience. All with a deeper purpose: fostering human growth and contributing to global peace.
As they prepared for international expansion and a fully digital future, they introduced an innovative, emotionally engaging product: a learning companion that’s both a mentor and a friend. It had to be sharp, witty, energetic, and just the right amount of mischievous. The visual identity was ready. What was missing? The perfect name.
Inspired by the word “Beyond,” Yondy embodies curiosity, energy, and forward-thinking learning. It’s smart, approachable, and playfully bold—exactly what the brand needed. After a thoughtful naming process, Yondy was legally cleared across multiple markets and is now an internationally registered trademark.
