SIDN, the organization that manages the .nl domain and keeps the Internet in The Netherlands secure, has launched a new app that allows users to log in to websites online and choose which personal information they want to share. The app, called Yivi, is the successor to IRMA. Companies and organizations can integrate Yivi into websites and pay an annual 'fair use fee per transaction or per user'.
SIDN has opted for an original, somewhat disruptive name. A beautiful word image, easy to remember and use. Good legal protection, and of course with an available URL.
