15 years ago, the company changed the somewhat serious name Kreditor to the softer and more Swedish-sounding Klarna. Kristina Björnerstedt, CEO Skriptor Stockholm interviewed Klarna's CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski about how they experienced their new name, which Skriptor created. The name change was not so simple, for example it was not the easiest to pronounce and how would such a Swedish word/name be received globally.
