Founded in 1990, BioGaia is renowned for its probiotic innovations. Earlier this year, they launched their first pioneering probiotic ointment, Aldermis – carefully crafted specifically for infants and children with sensitive and dry skin. The ointment is water-free and contains the proprietary bacteria strain L. reuteri DSM 17938 and has been tested by dermatologists. As of now, the product has been test-launched in North America. We are happy to have been involved in this naming process, as a perquisite to finding a strong and suitable name for derma products is to have an active and visionary naming group, and ALDERMIS fits like a glove!
